Advice

Our qualified and experienced advisers provide individual advice and casework in Spanish and Portuguese on key areas of need for the community, including immigration, welfare entitlements, housing, homelessness prevention and access to healthcare.

We offer trusted, expert support that empowers individuals to understand their rights and entitlements, equips them with the skills to navigate the system independently and fosters self-advocacy.

IRMO is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide immigration advice and representation, and our advice services are accredited by the Advice Quality Standard (AQS).

We are members of Advice UK and receive second-tier support from specialist organisations including Southwark Law Centre and the National Homelessness Advice Service (NHAS).
