Community Support

Our community support team provides information and vital connections to key resources and services. We assist people in crisis by helping them access food banks and hardship support, and supporting those who are digitally excluded in obtaining IT devices and SIM cards.

Our team conducts initial assessments and connects individuals to our internal support services, and refers them to trusted partners when needed. Trained volunteers also assist with translating documents and accessing essential support, such as transport freedom passes and Healthy Start vouchers.
