Immigration Advice
Our OISC-regulated advisers provide comprehensive advice, casework and legal representation on topics like the EU Settlement Scheme, British visas and citizenship. We also support family reunification, helping with applications for partners, children and dependent parents to join loved ones in the UK. We challenge decisions made by public bodies through administrative reviews and offer initial advice on appeals, referring cases to our trusted partners when needed.
With over 40 years of experience delivering legal advice on immigration, we have a strong track record of providing tailored, accessible support, specifically designed for the Latin American migrant and refugee community.
We are committed to defending the rights of our community, actively monitoring and responding to evolving legislative changes affecting them.
Access to Rights Workshops
We regularly hold workshops and events on important immigration topics to keep the community informed about key legal changes. Previous sessions covered the transition to e-Visas, EU Settlement Scheme, the asylum system and British citizenship for children.
Check our events calendar for upcoming sessions.
