Education, Training and Employment
Our education, training and employment programme includes a range of activities aimed at improving our beneficiaries’ social and cultural integration in the UK.
Our activities include English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes for adults, which are tailored to the needs of our community in terms of content and timings.
We also deliver one-to-one coaching and job-hunting support, professional mentoring, vocational training and workshops on employability skills.
Through these activities our beneficiaries build skills to start and progress in the UK labour market, as well as increasing their civic, cultural and social participation in the broader community.

Our employment support programme provides mentoring sessions to assist with CVs, job searches, personal statements and interview preparation.
Volunteering Scheme
Our volunteering scheme is a great way to support the Latin American community, while improving English, learning new skills and gaining valuable experience and connections.
